Minimum for Delivery

All catering deliveries require a $400 minimum
There is a minimum notice of 48 hrs for all catering requests
Large Multi-Day, Park and Meeting Center events is recommended at least 2 weeks in advance

Last Minute Orders

We always do our best to accommodate last minute orders, and such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Menu selection and delivery times may be limited.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received in writing by HUNGRY no later than 6PM (standard local time) or they will be considered received the following business day. This policy applies for cancellations of any reasons, including weather or other events outside the control of Client.

  • If the scheduled event is canceled in less than 24 hours (1 business day), Client is charged 100% of the order cost.
  • If the scheduled event is canceled less than 48 hours (2 business days) and the order subtotal is less than $1000, Client is charged 50% of the order cost; if the order subtotal is greater than or equal to $1000, Client is charged 100% of the order cost.
  • If the scheduled event is canceled between 48-72 hours (2-3 business days) and the order subtotal is greater than $1000, Client is charged 50% of the order cost.

Deliveries & Pick Ups

We require a 30-minute window for all deliveries and pick-ups
We provide a complimentary cleanup within 90-minutes of start time for all deliveries unless stated otherwise
